ARTIEM RENT Terms:

1° The hirer accepts and receives the bicycle / kayak described on the back of the present contract, in good functioning conditions and perfect mechanic use, and agrees to return it in the same condition.

2° The user obliged to look after the bicycle /Kayak as if it was of this property and to make a normal use of it, excluding criminal, competitive, etc. Purposes; he will always observe the governing rules of the driving code. 3° The user will be respond before the Authorities for any traffic infractions and will pay for the fines that he might be imposed.

4° The user will be responsible of all personal devices deposited in the barrils during the renting time.

5° The use user will be responsible for any damages to himself or third parties.

6° The use user will be responsible for any breakdowns.

7° The use user will be responsible for the loss the vehicle due to theft or negligence.

8° The signing of the present contract makes the company responsible for the possible breakdowns of the bicycle / kayak due to normal use, those caused by the users negligence to third parties are excluded.

In case of a breakdown witch can't be attributed to the user, the company agrees to repair the bicycle as promptly as possible or to provide another.

9° Any queries, matters or divergence that the application or interpretation of the present contract might give rise to, will be referred to the competence of the court of Mahón - Menorca.
